Strategy and Planning:  - Execution of sales plan in their respective zones to achieve desired numbers and market share as well as revenue for post paid.   - Identify opportunities for special technical solutions for unique requirements of Corporate e.g. Closed User Group tariff package etc.  - Keep a track of the clients’ business initiatives and future plans.  - Collect the market intelligence data including environmental, customer and competitor information and initiatives and analyze the same to pre-empt its impact on the business.  - Help in the timely collection of the payments .  - Develop effective and productive channel construct to meet targeted numbers and revenue for the zone.  Channel Operations Management:  - Ensure the availability of required manpower at channel as per plan and monitor their conduct/ behavior.  - Build trust and relationship with channel and company by clearing any doubts/confusions and providing solutions to any issue raised.  - To provide feedback to marketing for new product improvement in VAS services & market intelligence reposts.   - Work with circle marketing in management of schemes/ promotions/ contests being run to promote the company brand.  - Ensure flow of knowledge, skills and training from company to the channel staff to ensure output as per targets.   - Establish training plan for dealership. Assess training requirements on an ongoing basis. Coordinate with training content and service providers to implement training.   - Recruitment & training of FOS.  - Ensuring productivity per FOS & motivating them resulting in FOS retention.  - Provide feedbacks from the market for the sales channel compensation at the zonal level Ensure targeted productivity norms for the channel.  Shared:  - Assess and analyze impact of trade promotions/ schemes/ promotions/ contest being run by the circle and communicate feedback to zonal manager & circle marketing  - Build and develop team. Enhance team motivation and productivity levels. Assist HR in identifying team-training inputs.  - Supervise MIS generation and analysis on a periodic basis and provide feedback on best practices to zonal head.   Experience in Postpaid Sales is mandatory
