Manager  Education: MBA  Exp: 2 to 6 yrs  Responsibility  TSM Prepaid - Bangalore   - 2-6 years of experience in Channel Sales in Telecom, Telecom peripherals, Handset, FMCG, FMCD, Liquor, Paint etc. Telecom experience preferred. The candidate should have distribution handling exp.  - No candidates from Airtel and Vodafone as we have no poach with them.   - To educate the customers regarding company's schemes & products.  - To develop the area/territory assigned.  - To provide market feedback on competition, customer behaviour and response to our marketing mix.  - To train & educate the dealer sales force regarding company's latest policies, products and schemes.  - Responsible for achievement of revenue targets assigned to distributors   - Develop and maintain a robust and highly productive prepaid distribution and retailing infrastructure.  - To prospect and appoint new distributors to improve and strengthen the infrastructure as per plan in a fixed time frame  - To increase the percentage of activating outlets in the territory.  - To achieve the targeted sales directly/with the help of Distributor Sales Executives  - Maintain quality of sale and develop net add Market Share  - Achievement of gross adds targets through prepaid distribution network  - Plan and co-ordinate activities prior to launch  - Kannada language is preferred with good Communication skills.   TSM Postpaid - Bangalore   - Min 2 yrs experience in appointing Channel Partners/ DSA/ DST  - To Achieve post paid gross and net acquisition target in a highly competitive market where prepaid is the preferred option  - Improve SME contribution to gross additions. SME is facing more competition in the market and individual acquisition is considered easier than SME  - Ensuring channel reach in customer servicing by rolling out - My Idea- showrooms To educate the customers regarding company's schemes & products.  - To ensure adequate number of channels (My Idea) as per location requirement   - DST/People recruitment/ Training/retention and productivity to be maintained as per norms.  - PGA activities for sales promotion and prospect generation  - Chalk out proper lead tracking mechanism with regular feedback.  - Market working days for self.  - To regularly update market information and competition activity   - To maintain all relevant sales data  - Maximize efficiency through design & standardization & elimination of wasteful individual efforts  - Ensure CSS Dash Board implementation  - Achievement of gross adds targets through prepaid distribution network  - Plan and co-ordinate activities prior to launch
