Idea - Team Member/Assistant Manager - VAS Marketing

Preference: Anyone who is working in the same profile. May be on vendor side ( OnMobile, Techzone, etc)

KRA :

- Increase Non-Voice VAS ARPU and usage

- Drive promotion of various services for Non-Voice VAS for increasing the usage

- Prepare micro Segmentation for base promotion ustomer for the promotion are

- Develop new channels for VAS up selling for increasing ARPU and usage

- Develop new and relevant VAS products for increasing the customer base

- Develop new offer on new services in SMS & WAP for increasing the customer base

- Ensure A2P subscription for increasing the customer base

- Ensure process Improvement and Analysis for up selling and revenue realization

- Various process improvement in VAS up selling and revenue realization

- Timely analysis of business trends and deviation correction for further improving VAS products

Coordinate with partners on revenue achievement initiatives and promotions while launching new products

- Ensure Configuration, testing and integration of services for smooth launching of new VAS products

- To coordinate with partners to send the invoices and ensure timely payments

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal communication & promotion policies while launching new VAS products

- To ensure timely regulatory reporting and closures

- To ensure that all internal communication and promotion policies are adhered to.

Salary Range: 5 - 9 LPA
