- Quarterly Building Blocks will be identified basis Market Insights & Prepaid Business priorities
Improving Retention
- Focus on Reducing Prepaid Retail Usage Churn through the following activities:
1. Weekly Winback Program along with SD
2. Lucky Recharge Recharge Retention Program
3. Project to understand Usage Churn Triggers & put a process in place to reduce ZU entrants along with Prepaid SD (Role Team Member)
Communication
- Analyse & Leverage all modes of Communication to ensure Right Product is pitched to Right Segment.
- Focus on Sanchaya, Website, Emailers, USSD platform - 369# apart from traditional modes - SMS/OBD/IVR.
- Present Weekly Analysis on Communication Effectiveness.
Business Reporting & TRAI Filing
- Ensure Compliance on all Product Vertical Processes & Timelines in regular business analysis/ reporting.
Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
