Idea - Product Manager - Live TV

Job Purpose:

To design the product structure, layout, features and functioning of the products. To work closely with the development team and lead the product development sprints inclusive of client and backend development, UI/UX, wireframes and VD development. To manage integrations of all Idea IT systems with the product. To formulate business strategy in terms of product pricing, channel management, promotions etc.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions

1. Market Research - Compare features, content, strategy, pricing, promotions, UI etc. of all competitive products in the market

2. Product Management - Clearly identify the detailed product definition and feature set required in the Idea Live TV App and decide the timeline in which the features would be incorporated

- Coordinate and guide development team for Idea app as per product and business requirements

- Ensure requirement clarification and implementation of the same, for all IT integrations required for Idea product

3. Business Plan and budgeting - Plan and update the business model according to the new variables that are observed with due course of time

4. Integration Implementation - Discuss and identify clear requirements related to all technical integrations by identifying a common ground with all stakeholders

5. Define business rules - To decide the business rules for the Idea Live TV product by understanding the implications of IT implementation, financial impact, regulatory constraints etc.

- Determine the go to market strategy for Idea Movies App and initiate implementation of the same along with all the relevant stakeholders

- Identifying all sales channels for Idea Live TV, deciding price points, mode of selling, retailer incentive scheme etc. for sales of Idea Live TV, product

- To identify and establish customer care process and rules and process requirements of CRM from Live TV, partner

6. Project Management - To maintain a project charter and ensure all the requirements are met in time by all the stakeholders
