- To drive postpaid sales across Retail and Enterprise business through implementation initiatives identified in Project APEX. To facilitate implementation of cross-functional initiatives by coordinating across sales, marketing, IT and training.

- 5 modules are part of the project - My Idea, Retail, EBU, Activation and onboarding and customer service. The 1st three correspond to Sales

In the first 2-3 months of engagement a number of initiatives have been designed under project APEX, some of which have also gone to pilot/ roll out stage. As the program moves further and reaches the point of cross circle rollout, there will be a sales champion in every circle to drive implementation and tracking of each of the initiatives at circle level.

- The role will provide robust, all round sales transformation experience in the postpaid business. Candidate will be exposed to deep analytical design of the initiatives as well as implementation involving multiple stakeholders.

- The role provides high visibility with senior management as progress update will be shared directly with Circle head every 15 days and all CXOs every month. The job profile is designed to be a high growth path as the sales champion will take ownership of and drive multiple critical initiatives.

Major Challenges:

- Coordination with multiple functions - sales, training, IT etc.

- Driving on ground team to ensure implementation timelines are met and relevant data is shared when required

- Managing multiple senior stakeholders

- Performing under stringent timelines

- To adapt solution design taking into account circle characteristics

Initiative design for sales modules

- Drive MyIdea productivity and reduce retail churn to meet targets

- Retail/DSA - Improve DSA productivity and increase number of medium to large scale DSAs (200+ Gross Adds)

- Enterprise - Lead Enterprise module initiatives to increase, Sales Automation Project and IT enabled Initiatives.

- Part time analytic team member (MIS) : Support sales champion by data collection, conducting analysis and refining models to customize design of initiatives to meet circle specific requirements.
