Lead and drive the Gross Adds
- Combing the market and mapping the accounts.
- To visit minimum of 5-7 accounts on daily basis.
- Churning the competition accounts.
- Prospect generation through cold calls.
- Introducing new product line to the existing accounts
Meeting the multifarious requirements of the corporate accounts and ensure account representative is satisfied with the services
- Ensuring that the Relationship team visits regularly to resolve the issues.
- Escalation Matrix to be updated to the customer.
- Account mapping sheet to be maintained and updated
- Ensure higher up visits to the accounts regularly.
