- Revenue enhancement through U&R activities basis usage analysis, calling pattern, recharge pattern for different customer segments.
- Introduce new and innovative products to enhance usage and revenue (Launch, communicate and increase recharges)
- Increase usage (MoU and pack penetration), ring fence and maintain the High value base and increase the Revenue earning subs - through Segmented promos, mass products and ZMU win backs programs.
- Ensuring revenue achievements as per AOP thru proper products.
- Launching of attractive plan voucher which will result in high customer retention.
- Driving different market facing programs thru the sales team which results in revenue achievement.
- Getting incremental revenue thru focused U&R programs.
- Work with sales teams to identify new product opportunities, devise products and be the market driver.
- Measure Campaign Effectiveness by monitoring the revenue impact of the same.
- Tracking Competition activities & ensure leadership position
- Effective coordination with CSD verticals for seamless Customer Life Cycle Managements.
- Interact with Marcom Team for innovative creative and other BTL activities.
