Job Purpose:  To ensure better service experience of data subscribers by implementing standard processes and effective delivery across all circles. Enhance retention of data customers through analysis of usage behavior of data volumes and variety of data used. To increase data penetration and usage along with improved retention of data customers.  Position reports to Service Delivery Head- UP East.  Key Responsibilities:  1. To facilitate enhanced data usage from prepaid customers.  - Ensure Increase in continued usage of Prepaid data customers.  - Track high usage club and execute programs for increasing this high revenue generating base. Track TB/sub.  - Map voice segmentation with data usage for better synergy of product promotion.   2. To convert incidental and low prepaid data users to Data users.   - Plan data seeding and free trails.   - Upgrade low users to - 1MB bucket for increase in UC base.   - Improve retention of paid data customers.   3. Analyze usage, segment and device details for churn prediction. Develop prediction models.  - Based on device used, plan programs.  - Analyze variety of low usage for different offers.  - Evaluate impact of reduced data churn on overall customer churn. Reduce gap of data and voice churn.  - Track win-backs and Improve Win-backs.  - Leverage communication mediums  4. To improve Upgrades of data customers through increased pack penetration and paid data usage.  - Improve pack penetration for better customer stickiness and enhanced revenues.   - Push ISF upgrade to subs based on usage pattern and current device analysis.   - Improve ISF servicing with proper tracking of pending cases with the device service centers.  - Develop Churn prediction matrix based on reduced usage, pack and device downgrades, QRC patterns etc.   Requirement : Candidates with relevant experience in service delivery and telecom industry.  Ready to relocate to Lucknow.
