Manager/Senior Manager- Area Sales Manager (Prepaid Sales)  Job Purpose is to organize and execute the activities to drive the prepaid business of Zone, so that it results in achievement of sales targets with in assigned territory.  Position reports into Zonal Business Manager.  Major Accountabilities :   - Distribution Expansion  - Retailer Expansion for both transacting outlets and activation outlets.  - Planning for Gross Additions  - Market initiatives to Improve traffic from low utilized sites.  - Initiatives to increase CMS & RMS in Zone  - Monitoring Team & provide adequate support and Guidance.  - Achievement of Revenue Targets  Challenges :  - Quality of Customer acquisitions  - Identification / Selection and retention of competitive channel partners .  - Keep the Motivation Level up for the Team members in high Pressure Situation in order to retain them.  - Constantly work on Market intelligence.
