- Monitoring of all processes in strict conformance with ISO guidelines and supporting team with Internal and external ISO process audits  - Driving Process Improvement and Cost Improvement projects in coordination with other team members  - Managing present Supply Chain portals such as Oracle and associated IT Tools which are under implementation or already implemented  - Responsible for day to day monitoring of Purchase processes and increasing score of Gujarat Circle in the national Level BSC score  - Identifying training needs as per competencies and sharing of new Supply Chain developments with the team in Knowledge Sharing sessions  - Point of contact between Corporate Office and Circle Office for necessary data sharing for projects / initiatives  - Achieving cost efficiencies in day to day processes through process mapping and suggesting necessary hanges in coordination with Warehouse and Purchase team
