Job Context & Major Challenges :
With new players entering the market, telecommunications companies are competing strongly resulting in pressure on profit margins and lack of differentiation. It has become imperative to adopt micro-segmentation and treat every customer uniquely in the current scenario of steadily increasing mobile base. The job holder is responsible for identifying revenue opportunities by analysing subscriber requirements/ preferences and offer customized plans.
Job Challenges :
- Effective utilization of limited communication media (SMS/OBD/INSTA etc.) to achieve optimal conversions
- Ensuring each customer is part of only one campaign amongst dozens of campaigns running simultaneously.
- Reducing lead time for launch of campaigns even with limited automation
- Ensuring high uptake of offers despite limited retailer engagement System support for segmented VAS and data offers.
- High dependency on IT for timely and accurate delivery of data.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities : Supporting Actions :
- Campaign Management & Manage product launch operations: Design segments/intents and test product concepts that result in incremental revenue uplift and net contribution. Configuration & Cross functional co-ordination for launches. Design communication scripts for different modes and schedule communication.
- Drive Incremental Segment Revenues through micro-segmentation. Launch products that deliver successful broad launch (ROI positive) ideas Execute launches for various segments for maximum base coverage and revenue uplift on continuous basis
- Product Evaluations and Analytics: Prepare Pre ROI for the launches Post ROI analysis w.r.t take rates and revenue uplift across different campaigns.
- Ensure customer retention and VLR Launch products to reduce drop in usage within a designed framework
