Job Purpose :  Lead the Digital Sales & Services (DSS) business by designing, planning and implementing the project encompassing initiatives like ground up re-designing & deployment of Idea's website and mobile site, re-design of the mobile app, first ever deployment of an e-commerce platform at Idea, digital analytics and digital servicing platforms.  Job context :  Idea Cellular has started its journey to strengthen its presence in digital. One of the key areas being delivering differentiated customer experience and hence business impact through digital channels.  The ambition is to make digital channels an end to end new connection buying medium for the customer and develop service experience on the digital channels like web, mobile app and social channels for seamless registering and resolution of customer issues.  This transformation entails green field re-imagining of the entire customer journey on digital channels and building digital channels to deliver customer experience on par or better than any digital experience across categories.  The Project Lead needs to explore first of their kind solutions for Idea, service providers and vendors relationships, develop evaluation matrices and work with the cross-functional project team to plan and execute the same.  Key Responsibilities:  - Study current business of Idea and arrive at a list of all use cases that are relevant for the digital channel  - Engage the strategic finance team to build a comprehensive business case basis identified use cases  - Directly responsible to the Project Head for delivering the project outcomes basis use cases identified such that they deliver the business outcomes  - Primary person responsible on the ground for working with Idea team and Implementation Partner to design use case based solution architecture and drive agile deployment  - The Project Head, Functional CXOs, New Business Heads and hired & nominated team members to build and deliver project on time and within planned costs  - Work with project team and project partners   - Explore and identify potential SI/Technology partners  - Design an evaluation matrix and rating for the guiding the leadership team to make final decision on partners  - Involve function heads and team members to perform functional evaluation of technologies  - Do reference checks and calls as part of the process  - Present recommended solution for leadership decision  - Work with functional CXOs to identify nominations for supporting the core CFT in functional planning, user testing and integration activities  - Manage the performance of the CFT and nominated team members to help deliver the project seamlessly
