Mobile data contribution to overall telecom revenue has been increasing at a fast pace. This is due to increase in number of smartphone users, increase in mobile data users and increasing usage per subscriber. There is significant opportunity to increase data using base and usage per Customer to increase revenue.   - Increase in base has to be achieved by converting more non users and preventing data churn among the users.   - To achieve penetration of data services and reduction of churn, customer experience on internet service plays an important role. Managing customer experience and utilizing the information to improve marketing and services is critical to this role.  - Customer Experience Management system will enable information in regards to customer experience on internet and a layer of use case implemented in the   Customer Experience Management system will help utilize this information for improvement in marketing of services and introduction of new services.  - The role also requires to evangelize, create and deliver new use cases for increasing revenues, subscriber base and improving quality of experience to customers.  Key Responsibilities :  - Customer Experience Management platform roll out  - Customer Experience Management use case roll out, adoption and process changes  - Orchestrate cross-team activities   - Business value reporting  - Identify (and manage) the business requirements  - Define the CEM metrics and communicate  - Achieve negotiated commercial model for Customer Experience Management
