Idea - Assistant Manager - VAS (2-4 yrs)
Detailed Duties And Responsibilities :
Primary :
Opportunity Assessment :
- Study customer requirements on an ongoing basis for identifying opportunities for new value added services. Provide feedback to Circle Head Marketing and Corporate VAS team.
Implementation :
- Coordinate New Service Technical Configuration Development as well as all development in IT, Engineering, IVR and Prompts.
- Ensure progress in local VAS implementation and take corrective actions, if required to ensure delivery as per prescribed standards.
- Ensure testing both Product as well as Billing/ Rating.
- Ensure training of channel staff on VAS.
Promotion and Marketing :
- Work with Circle marketing head to ensure promotion of VAS.
- Work with sales to develop VAS based targets for channel partners.
Feedback :
- Monitor performance of existing VAS on an ongoing basis, identify areas of improvement and implement the same.
- Provide feedback on competitor activities in VAS.
