Job Description:  Coordinate events based on requirements/purpose and cost and thereby increase traction among relevant TG (Target groups).   - Associate with relevant events within defined resource   - Evaluate and present analysis to senior management pertaining to event medium, collaterals   - Execute events and promotions to approvals along with Agency or Vendor.  - Coordinating in Outdoor media management  Coordinate with agencies for proper execution of outdoor visibility or local media:  - Manage and ensure proper execution of signage- s/outdoor visibility through constant coordination with agency,   - Briefing, discussing, setting timelines with agencies  - Daily tracking indices of teams & materials   - Enhancement of Retail level in-shop and external visibility   Monitor the expenditure done on various branding activities to ensure that branding team is adhering to the allotted budget:  - Ensure financial approval for each branding activity is signed and approved by the function HOD   - Follow up with Commercials for timely delivery of goods/services  - Monthly budget tracking  - Tracking of invoices and payment
