We have a urgent requirements for ASM in Sultanpur locations

- Provide inputs for setting of sales target to be achieved from the territory in terms of number of customers and sales in a given time period

- Set & communicate daily sales targets on the basis of the monthly targets to Distributor and FOS.

- Monitor sales performance on a daily basis to ensure achievement of targets by the Distributor and FOS.

- Ensure buildup of pipeline with potential conversion accounts and new order prospects.

- Monitor status of key order conversions, open calls status etc. for the area using weekly and monthly and quarterly trackers.

- Take timely corrective action to ensure acquisition of clients and closing of sales calls.

- Prepare reports on sales performance in the territory on a monthly basis.

- Collect and collate information on competition and trends in the market.

- Ensure selection of required minimum number of distributors and dealers in the territory while ensuring maximum coverage.

- Maintain effective working relationships with distributors through regular communication and interaction.

- Ensure timely availability of product from state warehouses to distributors for stocking.

- Give recommendations on selection or termination of any distributor to ZBM.

- Check claims of distributors and forward them to ZBM after approval.

- Monitor investment required for distributors and ROI generated by them.

- Ensure timely settlement of claims of the distributors and dealers.

- Communicate with dealers through distributors

- Facilitate recruitment of DSE and FOS by distributors.

- Liaising with channel partners to expand product reach in the market, coordinating and assisting them to promote the product.

- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with Distributors and Dealers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving performance parameters, delivery & quality norms.

- Touring the sales territory regularly, talking to channel, identifying or resolving urgent issues
