Driving Voice/Subscription penetration /acquisition

- Creating new promotion plans for existing products.

- Getting the vendors to create new content for the non-users

- Finding the untapped needs and promoting a new/existing service to tap them

- Utilizing new channels for fresh VAS customer acquisition

Increasing Revenue per customer through Voice/Subscription

- Increasing Voice usage but providing & communicating about the value for the money spent by the customer

- Market Segmentation: Usage and need based segmentation

- VAS communication to the customers and employees within the company on the new initiatives, products, changes etc.

- Data Analysis of the daily reports sent by IT/vendor for new communication plan design and further action plan.

- VAS and media interactivity for promoting various competitions launched over the media.

Launching New products

- Getting consent of all related departments.

- Coordinating with internal and/or external parties for getting the product ready for launch.

- Getting all testing done.

- Educating all concerned parties about the products features/functionalities.

- Planning revenue enhancing activities for generating revenue
