- VAS communication to the customers and employees within the company on the new initiatives, products, changes etc.
- Data Analysis of the daily reports sent by IT/vendor for new communication plan design and further action plan.
- VAS and media interactivity for promoting various competitions launched over the media.
Launching New products
- Getting consent of all related departments.
- Coordinating with internal and/or external parties for getting the product ready for launch.
- Getting all testing done.
- Educating all concerned parties about the products features/functionalities.
