Job Purpose :

To design and implement business processes improvement that will provide competitive advantage through improved Operational Effectiveness, Productivity of key business processes to the business unit

Key Result Areas :

- Identify, implementation and closure of Black Belt / Green Belt Projects/Yellow/BPMS/ (critical to business/customers) from each function to increase productivity in qualitative/quantitative ways.

- Administer Employee Engagement Initiatives like - VOC/Focus Group discussions /Surveys /projects & TQM fair to promote a culture of quality among employees.

- Train all employee on the TQM processes through in-house training to create quality awareness

Skills Required : Business Excellence, Six sigma Black belt, Process Improvement, TQM, TPM, Lean
