The international Credit Rating Agency Moody's Investors Service holds 50.06% stake in ICRA.  Designation : Senior Analyst / AVP - Structured Finance Ratings Team, ICRA Limited  Location : Mumbai  Job Description :   - Work on assignments for rating of securitisation instruments and various other types of other structured finance debt (bonds / loans / Security Receipts)  - Evaluate credit risk of retail loan portfolio of banks, NBFCs, Micro Finance Institutions and Home Finance Companies; analyse past performance and estimate future behavior of such portfolios using various quantitative tools models  - Prepare reports for Rating Committee covering financial and business performance analysis and peer comparisons  - Track and understand dynamics and regulatory trends in relevant industries and write incisive sectoral research   - Track and analyse impact of credit events   - Monitor and track performance of a portfolio of transactions  - Guide other junior analysts in execution of rating assignments  - Maintain strong client relations on an going basis  Candidate Profile :   Essential :   - Two years full-time MBA (Finance) or CA; Strong analytical skills  - 2 - 5 years of work experience in credit risk analysis or related functions (preferably in a rating agency, bank, NBFC, Mutual Fund or such other financial institution)   Desired :   - Strong grasp over financial analysis and credit risk analysis  - Working knowledge of statistical tools and keen interest in quantitative concepts  - Working knowledge of corporate law and ability to interpret legal documents  - Excellent oral and written communication skills  - Ability to maintain client relationships  - Ability to take ownership and execute multiple assignments independently  - Ability to work with strict deadlines and tight turnaround time  - Ability to guide / mentor junior team mates  Pls note : Candidates with structured finance domain experience in a rating agency or a bank will have an edge; Fitment into Senior Analyst / AVP role will depend on academic background, length and nature of experience
