JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager - Recruitment

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a member of the HR team, your primary responsibility is to take care of the recruitment requirements across positions wide IRT offices. You are required to operate in a highly independent manner in a distributed and collaborative environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the recruitment assignments & ensure fulfilment within the given timelines
- Understand market conditions for target resources and prepare effective sourcing strategies
- Create and implement, Hiring plan by coordinating with cross-functional leaders and assessing their team requirements
- Understand roles and responsibilities associated with individual positions as well as related compensation, benefits, and other requirements essential to effectively recruit at various levels
- Monitor induction & employee progress for first three/ six months
- Create, manage and monitor internal and external relationship
- Create, update and maintain a database of CVs: talent pool
Skills:
- Deep understanding of Recruitment process/ Talent Acquisition in a high-growth environment
- Very high level of proficiency in mapping vacant/ available individual positions to available candidates/market/target organizations
- Highly structured and process-oriented approach
- Effective people management skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to establish a strong sense of purpose, high standards and a sense of urgency for self and others
- Ability to present to IRT team across levels
- Good verbal and written communications skills
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA / PGDBM in Human resources from reputed Institute (Preferred)
- 2+ years of total experience in HR team, with 2+ years of experience in handling Recruitment Function in IT Consulting/ IT space
- Experience in establishing Recruitment Function in a growing company (Desirable)
