Role : Head of Team
Location: Corp role based out of BKC, Mumbai. However, this role will require travel to vendors for products development and to the branches for deployment of products.
Function: SIIG (Innovation)
1. Functional Objective:
- To lead ICICI bank in developing new products and adoption of future technology thereby giving competitive edge to the bank and recall in customer mind as the most tech savvy bank in India.
2. Dimensions:
- All functions and business verticals of ICICI Bank in India and abroad.
3. Key Result Areas.
- The one mentioned below are indicative only and are normally revised on yearly basis.
Financial: (40%)
- Number of agreed projects delivered in a financial year
- On time delivery of projects
- Annualized financial savings resulting from projects
- New concepts launch and development
B. Assist Goals: (40%)
- Enhancement of completed projects
- Coordination for deployment across agreed areas
- Identifying how the projects conceptualized for one area are useful to other areas and deploying the same for maximum benefits
- Training programs at the time of projects roll out and deployment
C. Customer : (20%)
- Periodic update to all stakeholders containing complete projects visibility
- Customer Satisfaction measured through survey at the time of projects handover
- Ensuring cordial and issues free relationships with vendors
