ICICI Lombard - Manager - Process Excellence Group (5-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Management graduate with technical background / aptitude and hands on experience to facilitate the understanding of how Process Excellence can be used to meet specific business needs.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Lead cross functional process improvement projects applying the process excellence methodology and thereby streamline and standardize customer impacting processes, to achieve reliable and reproducible results
- Evaluate and initiate six sigma improvement projects with a focus on results and timelines. Serve as project lead / project coach to the process improvement projects.
- Run process workshops to assess the process capabilities, document the process maps / flows and identify and prioritize process improvement projects.
- Prepare project updates, business reports and presentations as required
- Embed continuous improvement capabilities into the organization by providing process training to the process participants. Train and certify employees on sig sigma methodologies and quality tools and techniques.
Education Requirements :
- MBA with 5 years of prior experience, Six sigma black belt certified candidate with at least 2 years of experience post black belt certification. PMP certified.
- Software competency : MS project, Visio
