ICICI Lombard - Manager - International Business - IMT/XISS/IBS

- Responsible for handling relationship with Foreign Reinsurers across globe to take care of RI outward business.

- Developing new business for the segment and up selling / cross selling value added products to existing clientele.

- Coordination with brokers and internal stakeholders for client servicing for corporate products.

- Ensuring high service standards on various parameters like quote issuance, policy issuance, policy quality, reinsurance payments etc.

- Process simplifications for achieving various quality parameters.

- Achieving top line by ensuring good service standards and proactive approach in using market information.

- Exploring different countries for market penetration in the International Business front and Upcoming Market Analysis.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- Full time MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institute [ IMT/XISS/IBS Hyderabad/Sydenham/Manage]

- Should have good communication skills and problem solving approach.

- Should be High on collaborative skills.

- Must ensure deliverable under defined timelines, which essentially means working under pressure.

- Knowledge on corporate products/reinsurance will be an added advantage.
