Manager - Corporate Solutions Group
- Develop new corporate relationships and nurturing the existing ones
- Meet the targets always keeping the bottom line in mind
- Co-ordinate internally with various functions such as U/W, RI, Broker, Claims, Loss prevention and accounts to ensure efficient delivery of solutions to the corporate customers
Should have sound knowledge of all our existing products and be able to generate premia quotes
a. Should be able to drive team for business as well as channel partner development.
b. Day to day monitoring, motivation of team and business development through team.
c. Ensure liasoning/relationship with internal teams (like under writers) and external (like channel partners).
d. Timely resolution of conflicts, if any with regards to Channel partner or client queries
i. Policy issuance
ii. Quote discrepancies
iii. Pay out issues
iv. Claim settlement
v. Inter vertical conflict management
e. Should be a multi tasker with fast pick up. The same would be required for
i. Process grasping
ii. Product knowledge building
