Position Title : Solution Manager- SLP|CLB.  Business Group : Small Medium Enterprise & Agri Group.  Purpose of the Job : To manage & built relationships with clients.  MBA Finance/Marketing.  Key Deliverables :  - Acquire new SME clients for the bank for Secured Lending and Large corporate relationship for Channel Finance.  - Perform various financing activities as per the customer's requirement.  - Maintain relationship with SMEs and large corporate for further business penetration.  - Increase wallet share by cross selling products to the customer.  - Achieve targets for Fee, Net Interest Income and growth of book.  - Manage trade finance, working capital and other long term requirements of the clients.  Key Skills :  - Ability to negotiate deals, with the ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment.  - Strong sales and relationship management skills.  - Ability to identify key issues in complex problems/ assignments and analyze those to make effective decisions.  - Ability to have a firm grasp of the processes and make changes in system to improve performance.  - Credit Knowledge: To assess the company's financials (i.e. loss, rating, PAT (profit after tax) etc. of the company.  Competencies :  - Consistently seeks to understand customer needs.  - Builds structures, systems and processes to support the strategy.  - Constantly seeks new ways of doing things.  - Grabs half chances and converts them into business propositions.  - Forges understanding with others and carries others along.
