Business Group : International Banking Group (IBG)  Role: Risk Participation & Trade Products  Job Role and Responsibilities:  About the Bank:  ICICI Bank is India's largest private sector bank with total assets of Rs. 5,946.42 billion (US$ 99 billion) at March 31, 2014 and profit after tax Rs. 98.10 billion (US$ 1,637 million) for the year ended March 31, 2014.ICICI Bank currently has a network of 3,820 Branches and 11,798 ATM's across India.  Role: Risk Participation & Trade Products  - Work with the International FI team, to design and offer trade product suite to clients / financial institutions  - Engagement with financial institutions & source business to achieve set income targets  - Responsible for P&L of trade product portfolio forfeiting, Reimbursement financing, trade loan financing, risk participation & others as assigned by the management  - Collaboration with internal stakeholders legal, compliance, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, technology, branches and others to offer trade products services  - Regular update & publish of MIS to the top management  - Evaluate key technology and operation partners for best trade product offerings.  - Device procedures & controls to manage operational, commercial, legal, reputational and settlement risk.  - Prepare & regular review of product / process notes  Location: Mumbai  Education Details:  - CA/MBA/PDGM from Tier 1 and Tier 2 Colleges with more than 3 Years of experience.
