Position Title : Relationship Manager - Business Loans Group  Business Group: Retail Strategy Product and Policy Group  Designation : Relationship Manager - Business Loan Group  Department : Retail Banking Group  Location :   Overview of Business Loans Group (BLG) :   BLG is part of Self Employed Segment (SES) providing working capital and Term Loan facilities upto Rs. 20 crores to MSME customers through dedicated Business Banking Branches. The lending is done under various pre-approved programs and few cases on a stand alone basis. The facilities include fund base facilities like overdraft, cash credit, term loan, packing credit, bills discounting and non fund base facilities like Letter of Credit, Bank Gaurantee, Buyers Credit, Derivatives etc. Facilities are provided in Indian currency as well as foreign currency. The facilities are secured by property collaterals, liquid collaterals.   Key deliverables :   1. Attending the leads provided by various internal groups and getting the leads decisioned.  2. Meeting customer and understanding their business requirement. Based on customer requirements, offering him various facilties and checking the fitment of the customer requirement in the various pre-approved lending programs.  3. Preparing detailed credit appraisal memo(CAM) by:  - understanding the customer - his background, his business model, existing relationship   - Doing proper reference check - trade reference checks, dedupes, sister & associate concern details   - Detailed analysis of his CMA, financials, projections, banking, track record of past loans.  4. Visiting the customer premises - office, factory, godown to have better understanding of his business and level of business activity.   5. Also to visit the property which is being offered as collaterals on case to case basis. Should be able to get the property valuation done through the valuation team and the TSR done through empanelled lawyer  6. Getting the case sanctioned through the CPG / GCRMG team. In case of standalone cases getting the case rated. Presenting the case to various forums to get the case sanctioned - JA / RCF / COE / COSM.  7. Post sanction, getting the sanction accepted by the customer. In case of any change in the terms required by the customer, moving the post sanction note and getting the same sanctioned as per customer requirement.  8. Post customer acceptance, getting the disbursement documents executed as per the sanction terms. To get the security created in favour of ICICI Bank. In case of takeover of case of existing bank, properly handling the takeover process and security creation  9. Post disbursement, monitoring the account on a regular basis and ensuring proper routing of business through the account. In case of irregularity, following with the customer to get the account regularised.  10. Closing all the pendency (if any) with the CMOG team on the pendency and the compliance matters.  11. Regularly visiting the customer as per predefined visit matrix and in case of any alerts sent to him by the central team  12. Increase the wallet share of the customer by doing cross sell of other bank products to the customer.  13. Meeting the customers daily business requirement and his enhancement requirement during the year. Timely renewal of the customer limits.  14. Analyze new products / process getting launched with respect to their appropriateness and giving feedback to the central team on any changes / modification required in the product / process.  Key skills and Knowledge Requirements:  - Good communication and presentation skills  - Relationship building skills  - Sound understanding of financial and business model  - Good analytical skills with eye for detail  - Able to tap cross sell opportunity to get complete banking relationship with the bank  - Process & compliance oriented  Personal Skills :  - Ability to engage meaningfully with senior business leaders and external stakeholders   - Confident with ability to communicate effectively  - Ability to work with multiple assignments   - A self starter with flexibility to both work independently and as part of a team  Salary Range: 5 - 10 LPA
