Handle a team of City Managers in the region  2. Build/ Manage relations with developers for fee tie up and get special offers/ Pre launch offers  3. Nurture relations with internal business groups like to get consistent demand  4. Do business development activities within region to get demand from other sources besides internal channels   5. Ensure target achievement of team, thru motivation, training and hand holding if required  6. MIS Management and seamless follow up system to collect out standing fee and TDS certificates from developers/ clients  7. Run programs/ schemes/ events with channels/ clients to gather demand   8. Involvement in High Value transactions  9. Penetrate in newer lines of business ie resale and lease  10.
