Job Description:  - Manages and leads key projects involving multiple functions and teams to drive the quality improvement process and quality culture for multiple Business Unit.  - Partner with stakeholders to identify project opportunities through boot camp, brainstorming, and seek participation through building context.  - Supports leadership in driving quality culture and quality improvements within the organization.   - Responsible for identifying and improving process efficiency and effectiveness.   - Ensure projects align with the strategy and vision of the organization.   - Coaches and provides direction to the business or functional area on quality improvement projects in order to achieve desired business results.   - Ability to conduct training programs for junior executives.  Education and Experience :  - Experience in Six Sigma/Lean Projects, process improvements & assurance related activities.  - Well versed with basic concepts, tools and applications of Lean - Six Sigma and MIS.  - Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt with project management experience will be added advantage.  - Certified Lead Auditor for Management Systems will be added advantage.  - Extensive hands on experience in the field of Quality & sound understanding of Lean & Improvement Methodology Engineering.  Preferred Industry: Insurance /BFSI / IT / BPO.  Knowledge and Skills:   - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.  - Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy, and successful experience managing all aspects of cross-business unit programs, including communicating with all stakeholders.  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  - Exceptional work ethic: goals-driven, results-oriented individual for whom - good enough- is not acceptable.  - Passionate about their work, their company, and their career.  - Good knowledge in Minitab, MSOffice products - Excel, PPT, Visio etc.  - Should be presentable, confident in his/her approach and should be able to deal with people across the hierarchy.  - Good team player.  - Fast learner and adaptive to change.
