Business Group : International Banking Group - CBG(Assistant Relationship Manager)  Location: Mumbai  Key Deliverables:  - Detailed analysis of background, business model/operating cycle and major business segments of the Borrower.  - Analysis on challenges/achievements of the company and comparison with peers in the industry   - Detailed analysis on Physical & Financial performance of the company  - Detailed projections after evaluation of underlying assumptions and sensitivity analysis with respect to key performance indicators for the company   - Identifying the various risks and key risk mitigating factors in any proposal.  - Preparation of various notes for reviews and ongoing monitoring of transactions  - Getting clearance from various groups like risk, legal, compliance on any proposal post resolving any queries  - Presenting before sanctioning committee and obtaining approval on the credit proposal  - Coordinating with different support groups to carry out disbursement related activities  - Actively monitoring the current exposures while exploring further opportunities to deepen the relationship  - Complying with various processes of the Bank   - Conducting KYC on new/old clients  - Complying with ad-hoc requests / MIS requirements of the management  Key Skills:  - Credit analysis skills and ability to present transactions to credit & senior management functions  - Good understanding of IM preparation, pitch presentations and legal Loan Documentation  - Ability to negotiate and interact with various stakeholders  - Networking & relationship management skills  - Actively monitoring the current exposures and providing updated about the latest activities of existing clients  Salary Range: 6 - 12 LPA
