Job Description  Promoting and driving a culture of quality achievement and Performance improvement throughout the organization.  Design, develop and implement a quality management organization and staff development training programs. Support organizations drive of enhancing delivery by assuming a leadership role in the transformation to a quality organization.  Manage, oversee and support internal staff development, quality management, organization development and training services.  Developing talent using Training function and improve overall organizational skill at various functions  Enabling strong data driven organization model  Deployment of continuous improvement activities through Kaizan and Six Sigma methodologies.  Effectively interact with delivery teams to maintain process adherence and help bringing improvements.  Working with Functional Teams to establish input quality requirements.   Formulate and manage the development and implementation of quality goals. Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.  Assessing the delivery against customer requirements.  Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply.  Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.  Liaising with customers, auditors and internal delivery stakeholders to ensure the execution of corrective  Essential:  1. 8 to 10 years of relevant experience with at least 6 years Experience in Quality Assurance and Organizational Capability preferably in IT/ITES industries  2.Experience in Driving Six Sigma initiatives and Black Belt is preferred.  3. Passion in training and development of Staff.  4. Experience in Process Documentation and metric tracking.  5. Must be a team player and experience in handling cross functional initiatives.  6. Experience in handling highly customer oriented.  7. Strong analytical and excellent language and communication skills.   8. Extremely methodical and organized  9.
