SME - Systems  Job Description :  - Engage clients with end to end solution, using Service product offerings from the Infrastructure Management Services and Disaster Recovery Services  - Work with Other specialist team members for solutions to customers and provide management support for opportunity progression, tracking and closure   - Drive Services Business within Western Region   - Work closely with Sales Team to drive solutions and business goals  Candidate Profile :  - More than 10-15 years of experience covering IT Infrastructure solutions/Services.   - Good experience in Server, Storage, Security database, operating system (Windows and Linux) and Business Continuity related IT Infrastructure solutions/design and related services.  - Knowledge on hypervisor e.g. VMware, Hyperv, PowerVM  - Should has experience in cloud solution i.e. private / public / hybrid cloud. Should have knowledge about IBM cloud orchestrator / vCloud /   - Knowledge on IBM cloud solution  - Should have SAN, NAS & DAS Solution design Experience from leading OEMs  - Ability to guide team members and coordination in matrix environment  - Overview and knowledge of HW and SW technologies used e.g. Microsoft, IBM & Oracle products  - Inclination to work towards working on Hosting, Disaster recovery solutions  - Good communications (spoken and written) with team working and leading from front.  - Pre-Sales role experience for 3-4 years  Certification : Preference ITIL, CISA or CISSP or ABCP  - High enthusiasm and business focus will be added advantage.   - Candidate should be technical (IT Infrastructure solution orientation) with business acumen  Preferred skills : Tools used for server, storage, network monitoring tools e.g. Tivoli, HP-OV
