IBM - Salesforce Architect - Salesforce Implementation Project Team (8-18 yrs)
Salesforce Architect is a key member of the Salesforce implementation project team and is responsible for the overall technical design and build of the custom elements of a project. The Technical Architect works as a team member along with the Engagement Manager, Solution Architect and supporting team members to deliver the complete solution for the customer.
Below are the duties expected from Solution Architect
- Delivery: Manage teams to deliver full lifecycle SFDC implementations from inception to roll-out - ability to lead and manage while be ready to roll-up your sleeves and be hand on when needed
- Solution definition: Work with business and IT executives from the client to identify the business needs and define the business & technical solution architectures to fulfill the business needs
- Sales and business development: Support the sales and business development team with defining winning solutions and proposals
- Internal collateral development: Assist the head of our front office offering to enhance the service offering, including sales and delivery collateral that can be commoditized and reused across multiple projects & clients
- Internal resource development: Assist in defining and executing resource development to achieve the critical mass needed to support the pipeline of opportunities.
