Automations Robotics Process SME - R2R  Drive Automation Program across multiple R2R processes :  - Perform detailed process improvement studies as required across multiple R2R processes to identify opportunities for increasing automation footprint.  - Apply Record to Report (R2R) Domain expertise in identifying activities / processes that could be automated. This includes Journals, Reconciliations, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Month end close, Reporting, Cost & Inventory accounting & Project accounting.   - Identify and lead high impact projects involving multiple stakeholders.  - Perform assessments to identify processes suitable for robotics automation including Blue Prism, Win Auto, WPML and Watson analytics.   - Create Prepare initial process assessment (IPA)s collateral for identified processes and activities by working closely with the delivery teams who are responsible for providing key inputs documented by the Process Automation playbook.  - Coordinate with delivery teams, developers and governance board to ensure activities are completed on time  - Highlight / escalate issues to governance board / delivery managers on slow / delayed progress of the automation project.  - In support of IPAs, work closely with delivery team in identifying processes / activities that can be automated using other automation solutions, such as Win Auto, SAP scripting, R2R enabling tools (JIRA, JET, Blackline), etc.  - Prepare dashboards for management reporting  - Track & monitor progress of automation projects and publish periodic status updates to all stakeholders.  - Analyze utilization, efficiency & availability data for large teams in support of IPA assessments  Other Responsibilities :  - Provide automation support for transitions - Development of metrics & dashboards in line with customer requirements, FMEA, review process documentation.  - Participate in client visits, where required  Required Skills :   - Strong communication skills  - Strong analytical skills - ability to work with large volume of data using statistical tools  - Excellent knowledge of Six Sigma & Lean methodology  - Good facilitation skills  Desirable Skills :  - Flexible approach to managing projects  - Good team player  - Good presentation skills.  Qualification :  - Bachelor / Post Graduate in Commerce and / or Professional degree in Finance or Accounting   - Certified/Trained Yellow Belt, ideally Green Belt certified or at minimum Eexposure to different improvement frameworks, such as Six Sigma and Lean  - Demonstrated success in Project Management  - Exposure to different improvement frameworks, such as Six Sigma and Lean  - Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office tools like PowerPoint, Project, and Excel are critical for the job
