Responsibilities :
- Executive oversight and management of delivery in accounts within the Industry.
- Accountable for financials, customer satisfaction, and reference ability in existing accounts.
- Partner with WW Industry Leaders for market strategy, client selection and offering strategy.
- Develop Opportunity and demand pipeline visibility WW
- Drive Industry Growth by focusing on Go-To-Market; enhance win rate by working closely with Solutioning teams
- Provide thought leadership in chosen industry. Participate in relevant industry forums and focus on developing competitive intelligence and strategies.
- Drive industry solutions including the development of intellectual capital, development or reusable assets and deployment of industry solution
- Own Client Briefing responsibility - support BU account teams in demonstrating credentials with end-customers, Drive Client references and proof points
- Draw in expertise from the Solutioning team to ensure integration and consistency in pursuits and proposals across all service lines. Enhance win rate in industry pursuits
- Work with Practice Area Leaders to oversee delivery excellence across portfolio
- Work collaboratively with other industries/service line/competency group/support functions to implement organizational initiatives/priorities across the BU
- Executive ownership and management of Design build and AMS delivery on accounts within the Insurance vertical (Secondary)
