- Good exposure across or either all towers of OTC/PTP/RTR  - For OTC: Should have end to end OTC experience including cash applications, back date calculations, understanding deductions/collections.  - For RTR: Demonstrated skills in RTR processes which Include review of process/participation in client reviews etc Strong exposure to Balance Sheet, Inter-company & Cash Reconciliations, Ledger accounts and finalization   - For PTP: Demonstrated skill set of P2P processes with end to end knowledge on invoice processing, vendor master.  - Should have managed a team size of 10+  - Hands on with MS Office. Exposure to ERP platforms would be an added advantage.   - Exposure to Six Sigma and other quality tools   - Good Communication skills.  Location: IBM office, Chennai   Work Timing: ANZ/UK/US
