Key responsibilities include:
- Engage clients to determine and prioritize appropriate use cases for Watson
- Develop and deliver custom briefings/workshops for customers, leveraging an understanding of customer mission needs
- Solution design to support the client's mission
- Identify and plan for custom Watson/Cognitive services needed for clients, and work with core team to develop and analyze requirements
- Collaborate with larger IBM and take end-to-end ownership from identification to closure of the deals.
- Engage internal and external customers to educate users on the entire Watson Portfolio
- Provide project management support for Watson experiments and proofs-of-concepts
- Develop marketing materials for client engagements, ensuring materials are tailored to the appropriate audience
- Maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor on Watson
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Overall 10-15 years of experience, with minimum of 1-3 years in AI space
- Experience in unstructured Data Analysis, Natural Language Processing & Content Analytics
- Experience in leading the RFP solutions and pre-sales activities
- Excellent communication skills to lead client conversations at CxO level
