And hence completely focuses on bring IBM capabilities and solutions for enhancing high value plays in our client set.  There are two essential dimensions to this team: (1) Industry and (2) Growth Initiatives.  This position will be part of the Leadership within the S&D organization for India.   Overall Role Description  Primary technical focal point for the client center in the selected Industry (Banking / Insurance / Industrial)  Perform technical interpretation of client business requirements.  Provide proactive technical counsel to client C-level LOB and key IT executives on technical strategy, direction and projects.  Improve and broaden client access to IBM's global technical and innovation expertise.  Increase the value that clients derive from application of new and existing technologies and accelerate innovation.  Required Skills & Capabilities  Strong technical skills. Ability to create, customize and deliver Industry demos, leveraging IBM products and assets   Experience in programming with Java / Nodejs / Mobile apps will be an added advantage  Experienced in industry and its primary business objectives.  Employ strategic thinking to lead and direct IBM's technical engagement strategies in the context of the client's business priorities and objectives.  Broad understanding of IBM's value, POVs, offerings and capabilities, for the select Industries ((Banking / Insurance / Industrial)  Effectively navigate, negotiate, leverage and lead IBM's broad technical community in any given client engagement.  Good communication skills - written and oral.
