Channel Marketing Leader  Description :   Provide Business Partner programs and an infrastructure engine optimized to support all business partner types and programs. Enable effectiveness and efficiency of category go-to-market, including services to increase BP capacity, competitiveness and wallet share. Drive the transformation of Business Partner towards high value solutions  Activities :  Determine BP channel readiness: Support local process to evaluate BP readiness and capacity to meet CAMMS objectives;   - Provide BP Guidance: Advise local M&C community on BP channel requirements  - In-market engagement with BPs, analysts, and other influencers to evangelize IBM  - Lead local launch initiatives with BPs for categories and support brands for local brand launches  - Adapt unique POV from WW and establish BP messaging architecture  - Develop annual BP marketing plan with quarterly refresh based on WW direction and local business priorities  - Deliver best in class co-marketing experience and infrastructure services to the brands and Business Partners, ensure process compliance and proper training of all stakeholders on processes, tools, new policies and design  - Deliver best in class PartnerWorld Digital Marketing services and infrastructure supporting all BP types and all IBM channel stakeholders, lead and support local x-brand IBM and 3rd Party Business Partner events  - Implement x-brand education tools & infrastructure; Develop integrated CAMSS enabmement plan  Inputs :  - Geo GBP executive: GBP and brand channel sales priorities; Business Plans (e.g., Spring Plan)  - WW GBP mkg: WW GBP mkg priorities and guidance  - Geo Channel marketing extended team: Program, process, and education improvement requirements  - Portfolio Marketing Manager - Geo plans, PoV/messaging, assets for influencer outreach, journey maps and launch assets  - MDI - Market insights, up-to-date and localized intelligence on customers, competitors and market trends  Outputs :  - Integrated BP Marketing strategy & plan in the specific Geo with guidance for rest of M&C teams  - BP Value propositions and messaging storyboards by segment, including proof-points, case studies and reasons-to-believe  - Detailed BP priorities, requirements and BP offering readiness feedback to category teams  Key Skills :  - Business acumen, category, market and channel knowledge  - Ability to translate portfolio route strategy into business partner strategy, value propositions and offers  - SME in Business Partner models and behaviors  - Strong messaging and - story telling- skills, presupposes proficiency in writing and communications  - Influencing and building relationships (with internal and external stakeholders e.g., analysts  Measures - KPI :  - Business Results : BP Signings/Revenue, CAMSS revenue and BPTV score of covered partners, Channel participation, Communications, Co-marketing, enablement and category/BP specific KPIs
