Business Unit Introduction:
Global HR Information Technology team is part of CIO (Chief Information office) organization supporting IBM India HR applications. This team is responsible for driving any new application development or changes to existing applications. This includes project management, integration management, data migration and legacy system sunset.
Who you are:
As a Business Analyst - HR Integration management you will be responsible for end to end ownership of integration development/change management cycle.
What you- ll do:
- Translate integration business requirements to functional specifications.
- Define test cases, test, review test results.
- Drive integration change requests, incidents.
- Update, renew document of understanding with the partner.
- Primary focal point for partner relationship.
- Review control report and take corrective action.
- Document desktop procedures.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:-
- Business Analyst - integration management - 10 years
- Technical documentation - 10 years
- HR domain knowledge - 10 years
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:-
- SAP functional knowledge - 5 years
- Workday integration certification - 2 years
