- Strong R2R subject Knowledge, with at least 2 -3 years experience in Operation (atleast 1 year experience in training)  - Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation and influencing skills  - High level of maturity and ability to interact with stakeholders at multiple levels.  - Initiative / problem solving skills.  - Conduct formal walk-through of training materials and make revisions with course development, as necessary  - Facilitate transition of employees from training to work environment, ensuring competency levels are sufficient  - Maintain records of results for training and retraining programs to provide feedback to CSAs, Update daily & monthly MIS and submit required reports  - Responsible for new hire, re-training, and refresher trainings based on TNA/TNI in consultation with Ops and Quality  - Should have worked in a BPO work environment for atleast 24 months with an enhanced responsibility of a Trainer
