Roles and Responsibilities : - PnL Management for International Flights Business of Goibibo. - Run promotions, Optimize Costs and maximize ROI for International Flights - Tracking performance against budget and keep a tight control on KPI numbers - Coordinate cross-functional teams like Marketing, Product, Tech, Supply, Finance etc and communicate with internal and external stakeholders - Oversees the management of strategic supplier relationships -modular planning for the category - Forecasting, monitoring, understanding and reporting on the category - Data analytics and financial modeling ability - New Category &amp; Service planning and launch - Develop reports that summarize information and insights to support thought leadership - Management of operation progress - Extensive KPI Management - Preparation of Market share Data - Working closely with marketing team in ensuring robust campaigns, remarketing, mailers, notification calendars etc - Closely Coordinating with Alliance team to evaluate prospective partnerships with Banks &amp; Brands Skill Set : - Category &amp; Revenue Management - Financial Analysis &amp; Modeling - Advanced business and financial acumen - Proficiency in Google Analytics - Excellent MS Excel capabilities - High proficiency in SQL - New Initiatives &amp; Market Entry Strategy - Knowledge on Product management is a plus Desired Experience : - Min 5 Years Experience with online businesses, consumer tech, consulting, or sales operation - Top Tier MBA + Engineering - High on energy, assertive and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines - Have a good product and business sense - Well versed in Business communication and strong problem-solving ability - Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen - Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
