Position: Fraud Analyst (2 positions)

Position reports to: Associate Director - Finance

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2-5 years

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and monitor current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

- Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes

- Provide/review financial data related to various businesses by interfacing/coordinating with functional business finance contacts, which include weekly sales, monthly Net New Business (NNB) forecast update, global MIS such as Business Review and Operating Plan.

- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

- Intercompany process and Reconciliation - such as settlement, Netting, Clearing and payments.

- Co-work with other finance teams for proper expenses forecast

Qualifications:

- Post graduate from Tier-2 business school or BCOM graduate from a tier-1 institute

- Willing to do lot of data crunching and reconciliation diligently, while aiming to improve current processes.

- Minimum 2+ years experience of Financial Planning and Analysis

- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.

- Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated

- Understanding in Accruals accounting and posting
