As member of the PayU team, you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging, fast paced, technology-driven environment while playing a critical role supporting the Business leadership team to achieve its business and strategic objectives.

Designation: Asst. Manager/Manager – Digital Marketing

JD:

- Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns with publishers, affiliates and ad-networks to maximize transactions

- Execute strategies to drive traffic from various channels onto the landing pages and increase transactions, maintain cost per transaction and cost per customer acquisition limits

- Identifying growth opportunities and conversion funnels by analysing data through various tools like Google Analytics, Vizury, Sendgrid etc.

- Execute Email marketing campaigns to drive transactions. Taking the complete ownership of email creative creation, HTML, SPAM testing, sending across databases and analysing the results

- Oversee landing page experience, ensure high conversion rates and drive execution of engineering efforts for marketing tasks.

- Overseeing brand communication, PR, Blogging, Content Marketing and User Communications for consumer facing products – both online and offline

- Drive Reseller Programs and Channel Partner Marketing to increase reseller base and drive business growth.

- Ideate and Execute BTL activations, Events, Conference, media facing events for brand awareness

Skill set:

- The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and eCommerce customer experiences. Someone who understands e-commerce landscape, transactions and online consumer behaviour

- He/she should have more than 3-4 years of work experience in an e-commerce company in a digital marketing/web analytics role

- In depth knowledge of online marketing, SEM, Affiliates, Ad-networks, Email marketing, Google Ad-words and Analytics

- Awesome communications skills (Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial)

- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases. Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others.

- Understands brand marketing thoroughly – brand communication and visibility.
