IBEXI - Business Analyst - General Insurance

Responsibilities:

- Independently gather and document business requirements in the context of the Policy Administration System or other related systems for General Insurance Companies, doing a gap analysis. Provide Functional and Technical expertise on General Insurance application implementation. Knowledge of General insurance business processes , industry practices, regulatory guidelines is mandatory

- Identify solution approaches in the context of the package, and document the solution and design following the guidelines of extending the package.

- Conduct peer Review of business processes, gap analysis Business requirements, Functional specifications Should have experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, screen and database design including normalization.

- Maintain strong knowledge on General Insurance Administration System features and functionality, and configuration

- Design test cases including expected outputs from the Business Requirements and Functional to ensure maximum coverage, to emulate user interaction in the production environment.

- Execute the end-to-end test scenarios and validate results, Formulation and execution of an integrated module Test Plan.

- Train peers on skills learnt, to improve team knowledge and skills, Lead and guide a team

Requirements:

- 4-6 years experience in implementation of major applications in General Insurance domain.

- Strong knowledge of Business Processes in the General Insurance domain.

- Good knowledge of General Insurance System (POLISY/ASIA, Genesys, BANCS, FA-DATA) both functional and technical will be a major plus.

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Must be a good learner and self-starter, and a team player. Good management and leadership skills.

- Willingness to travel and work at various customer sites,

- MBA with B.E (or equivalent), Insurance Qualification would be preferred; or BE with Insurance project experience.
