1)Accomplishes sales and Organization mission by completing and exceeding Set sales targets.

2)Generating new Business and expanding the present Business.

3) Develops Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the region.

4)Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region

5)Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the region

6)Generate sales of company products in the region through a team of salesmen in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets.

7)An enterprising and energetic candidate, who can penetrate the market and bring visibility to the brand in their respective regions.

8)Knowledge of market and competition like other brands, range, schemes, prices, etc. team management is the main factor too.

9)Meeting the monthly target and Wide distribution in Modern Trade and Channel Distribution.

10)Provide direction, motivation and training to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance.

11)Required 7-10 years of experience

12)Experience in Telecom sector will be an advantage.

13)Should have experience of Team Handling.

14)Planning the territory and setting up targets for the region.

15)To Review on the competitors activities, responsible for assessing the visibility, availability and acceptability of our brands.

16)Should have track record of planning and achieving targets.
