This Venture Factory Model is built around attracting/recruiting entrepreneurially-included mid-career executives as Entrepreneurs-in-Residence or CXO-in-making.   I2india is looking for someone to build brand awareness for i2india and attract/recruit high-quality entrepreneurial talent at all levels. This person will have an outward facing role, where they will be a spokesperson for the company in conferences, news-media, social-media and informal networking events. This person will also conduct extensive profiling and prospecting, build their personal networks through online and in-person communications and lead the charge in on-boarding strong talent.   - This person should have strong inter-personal skills, a senior-executive-like profile, exceptional communication skills and ability to convince smart executives. This is NOT an HR Role. While not the same, the role is closer to a headhunter with additional requirements of marketing, public speaking and networking.  This activity is at the heart of i2india's success, so the person chosen will have to be a super-star and will be put through intense rounds of interviews. The right person will be on track to being a Venture Partner and eligible to partner-like value sharing.   Qualifications / Requirements:   - Exceptional communication skills and command over spoken/written English   - An MBA from a top school   - Minimum of 5 years of experience   - Strong presentation and networking skills - (will be tested)   - Strong interpersonal skills and selling skills   - Preference given to candidates who have done CXO-level headhunting and hiring   - Understanding of new venture fundamentals will be helpful (not critical)  - Demonstrated skills in high-paced multi-tasking, managing uncertainty and building positive energies to inspire   - Preference for candidates in Bangalore   Compensation:   - Earning is upside driven not up-front - NOT ideal for job-hoppers and undecided explorers   - This role is designed to help you earn 3X of market salary over 3 years   - Track to being Venture Partner
