Job Description :

- Develop clear, concise, actionable insights and recommendations from multiple sources of structured and unstructured data.

- Develop best in class presentation and visualization templates for both internal performance assessment and external clients using tools like PowerPoint and/or Tableau.

- Apply big data/ machine learning techniques to identify and interpret trends from all forms of data

- Manage end to end relationship with key strategic clients from understanding business requirements to delivery of analytical insights on a regular basis.

- Partner with internal Technology teams to automate delivery of reports/insights to clients on a regular basis.

- Work hands-on on various analytics problems and provide thought leadership on problems that we are working on.

Qualifications :

- Education in Management, Math, Engineering, Finance, Statistics, or related discipline.

- 2-4 years- experience in driving business insights through large, complex data sets

- In-depth knowledge and strong experience in data visualization/reporting software (e.g., Tableau)

- Strong background in big data handling and statistical modelling (SQL, SAS, R, Python, Hadoop etc).

- Prior experience of converting deep insights into commercial actions with measurable impact on the business.

- Inquisitive mindset, with proven problem solving ability, and a passion for big data.

- Strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills
