Hyperion Financial Management Lead – Lead customer engagements/projects on HFM with good exposure to company/group company concepts and team management.

Must haves:

- CA/ICWA with an aptitude for a career in IT Consulting /Services space

- Good understanding of Financial MIS & related Analysis, Budgeting, Planning, GAAP Requirements, Financial Consolidation

- Understanding of Corporate Performance Management, Balance Scorecard

- Overall experience +4-5 years – preferably Oracle HFM Certified

- Participated in minimum 3-4 implementations and actively involved in application design and application modeling

- Participated in projects involving Multi-GAAP reporting

- Good knowledge on defining and writing business rules

- Good working knowledge on FDQM or ODI

- At least 2 projects in leading teams as part of HFM implementation

- Good communication and detailing skills

- Ability to work with team and also independently work with customer and deliver
